Donations are a critical source of funding for the restoration, preservation, and public use of Thomas Point Shoal Lighthouse. We accept all levels of charitable donations, but have created special levels with corresponding benefits for major sponsor and individual donors, as listed below.

George Layfield (center), Chief of Staff of the Injured Worker's Insurance
Fund (IWIF), presents a check for $10,000 to Henry Gonzalez, U.S. Lighthouse
Society (right), and Buck Buchanan, Annapolis Maritime Museum. IWIF is the
first corporate sponsor for the lighthouse partnership.

Every dollar counts! Since we are a non-profit organization, all donations are tax-deductible, to the extent allowable by law and the Internal Revenue Service.

Please make your checks payable to “Thomas Point Lighthouse/USLHS” and mail them to:

Henry Gonzalez
TPS Lighthouse Manager
6561 Tartan Vista Drive
Alexandria, VA 22312

If you are interested in becoming a major sponsor, please contact Henry Gonzalez at tpsl@cox.net or call him at 703 658-2880.
